Police Officers in Diyarbakir Police Headquarter systematically torture detainees in custody.
Detainees first were brought into police center from the prison where they were kept and waiting for a trial; then they were abused both physically and psychologically.
Police Officers forced them to change their statements and sign pre-written statements. They threatened detainees with raping their wives and daughters.
