Rahmi Dogan

Rahmi Dogan was born in Sivan in 1969. He graduated from the faculty of political sciences at Istanbul University in 1991. He was appointed as the governor of Kars province with the government decree, No. 2016/8864, published in the Official Gazette on June 1, 2016. He is married and a father of two.
