Ismail Ustaoglu

Ismail Ustaoglu was born in Duzce in 1968. He went to the Duzce religious vocational high school. He graduated from the faculty of political sciences at Ankara University in 1992. He was appointed as the governor of Bitlis Province with the government decree published on June 1, 2016. He is married and a father of three. While he was on duty in Balikesir, he failed to investigate torture suspects on purpose.
