Hasan Onar

Hasan Onar was born in Afyonkarahisar in 1967. He graduated from the Police College in 1981 and the Police Academy in 1985. He was the Chief of Kirikkale Province Police between January 1, 2014, and October 27, 2016. He is the primary suspect in torture crimes committed in Kirikkale Provincial Police Department. He is married and a father of three.
