Dogan Yildirim

According to witness and victim statements, Dogan Yildirim threatens detainees, affiliated with Gulen movement, with their families and children. He forces detainees to sign pre-written statements, otherwise, their family members would get detained.  It is reported that he encourages police officers to torture suspects in custody.
