Celal Uzunkaya

Celal Uzunkaya was born in 1985 in Samsun. He graduated from the Police College in 1975, and later graduated from the Turkish National Police Academy in 1978. He is married, father of three and grandfather of six. He was appointed provincial police chief of Izmir on February 12, 2014. After 33-month on duty, he was appointed to Antalya with a government decree published in the Official Gazette on October 26, 2016.
