Detainees in Sivas Prison were tortured to become confessors under heavy conditions. A number of detainees staying in one ward are well over its capacity, 38 people kept in the 20-people ward. 18 people sleep on concrete floor.
The right to healthcare, accommodation provided for the children of detainees, sending and receiving letters, nutrition, and clothing all denied by the prison administration.
